Asian Inspired Grilled Chicken

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except chicken and cornstarch, in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally to mix. Remove chicken from marinade.
  2. Grill or broil chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with marinade.
  3. Mix remaining marinade in small saucepan with cornstarch. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and cooks. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 1½ cups (375 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) less sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sugar
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 (about 1 lb/500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) cornstarch
