Crunchy Chocoloate & Berry Yogourt Cups

Directions

  1. Dissolve cocoa by whisking into water 2 tbsp (30 mL). Fold cocoa mixture into vanilla yogourt.
  2. Divide half the granola, half the yogourt and half the berries among 4 parfait or tumbler-style glasses. Repeat the three layers using up remaining granola, yogourt and berries. Add mint leaves, if using.

 

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) vanilla yogourt
  • 1/2 cup (500 mL) mixed fresh berries such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
  • 4 mint leaves
