Directions

 

  1. Puree spinach, yogurt and almond beverage in blender.
  2. Add mango, banana and avocado. Blend until smooth.

Tip: Substitute other non-dairy beverages, such as cashew or coconut, in place of almond.

Ingredients:
  • 4 (1 L) cups baby spinach
  • ½ cup (125 mL) 2% vanilla yogurt 
  • 2 ½ cups (625 mL) unsweetened almond beverage 
  • 1 cup 250 (250 mL) frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup (250 mL) banana pieces 
  • ½ cup (125 mL) diced avocado
