Cucumber Roll with Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese & Dill

Directions
SPREAD each cucumber length with cream cheese and season with pepper. Place one cube smoked salmon at one end of each cucumber length and roll it up, inserting a toothpick to hold each roll together. Garnish with dill and serve with lemon wedges
Ingredients:
- 2 Compliments Mini Seedless Cucumbers, each thinly sliced lengthwise into 6 strips
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Compliments Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 12 (50 g) Sensations by Compliments Smoked Salmon
- 12 small fresh Compliments Dill sprigs
- 1 lemon, quartered
