Apricot Almond Oatmeal

Directions

  1. Combine oats and boiling water in bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 1 minute.
  2. Combine cottage cheese and apricot jam.
  3. Top cooked oatmeal with cottage cheese mixture, and garnish with fresh blueberries and almonds.
  4. Add chopped apricots, if desired.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) Robin Hood® Old Mill® Minute Oats
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) boiling water
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) Nordica® 1% Cottage Cheese
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) Smucker's® Pure Apricot
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) almonds, sliced apricot, chopped (optional)
