Apricot Almond Oatmeal

Directions
- Combine oats and boiling water in bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 1 minute.
- Combine cottage cheese and apricot jam.
- Top cooked oatmeal with cottage cheese mixture, and garnish with fresh blueberries and almonds.
- Add chopped apricots, if desired.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Robin Hood® Old Mill® Minute Oats
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) boiling water
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) Nordica® 1% Cottage Cheese
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Smucker's® Pure Apricot
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) almonds, sliced apricot, chopped (optional)
