Bacon Cheeseburger Meatball Poppers
Makes 24


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange meatballs in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 min., until browned and heated through. Remove from oven. On each skewer, thread a meatball, piece of cheese, piece of bacon, pickle slice, and a tomato half. Make 24 meatball poppers. Serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping.


Add piece of lettuce or basil leaf to skewer. Place poppers under broiler to melt cheese.

  • 1 pkg (600 g) Sensations by Compliments Sterling Silver® Chuck Beef Meatballs 
  • 8 oz (250 g) Cheddar, such as Sensations 5-year-old Aged and Smoked Cheddar, cut into 1-in. (2.5 cm) squares, 1/4-in. (5-mm) thick
  • 4 slices crispy bacon, each cut into 6 pieces
  • 2 dill pickles, sliced into 24 rounds
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, each halved
  • ketchup, for serving
  • mustard, for serving
