Beef Teriyaki Stirfry

  1. Heat large, non-stick skillet, lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook beef 10 minutes or until browned. Set beef aside.
  2. Stir in mixture of broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Return beef to skillet. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables.
  3. Simmer covered, until beef and vegetables are cooked through – about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
  • 1 lb (500g) boneless beef sirloin grilling steak, cut into strips
  • 11/4 cups (300 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Ready to Use 30% Less Sodium Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) cornstarch
  • 1 tpsp (15 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 tpsp (15 mL) packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp (1 Ml) garlic powder
  • 3 cups (750 mL) fresh or frozen cut-up vegetables
  • 4 cups (1L) hot cooked rice
