- Combine broccoli slaw, cherries, pine nuts, apple and mint in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss.

- 1 bag (340 g) broccoli slaw
- 2 cups (500 mL) cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) pine nuts, toasted
- 1 red apple, cored and cut into thin wedges
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) coarsely chopped mint
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
