Chicken Naan Pizza
Makes 4



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lay naans on a baking tray. Spread tzatziki dip right up to the edges of each bread.
  2. Top each naan with 1/4 cup (60 mL) mozzarella cheese, half the red pepper and chicken. Drizzle each pizza with olive oil and remaining mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 8 minutes. Garnish with green onions.


  • 2 naan breads
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) tzatziki 
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into fine strips
  • 1 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded or finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil 
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
