Cilantro Chili & Lemon Chicken Stir-Fried Rice
Makes 4


  1. Prepare chicken according to package directions, then slice.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet set over medium high heat. Stir-fry mushrooms, onions and bell pepper for 1 minute. Add chicken and rice and continue to stir-fry until heated throughout. Stir in grilling sauce and serve.
4 Seasoned Chicken
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Parboiled Rice
1 tbsp (15 mL) First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin 100% Olive Oil
1 cup (250 mL) Sliced Whole Mini Bella's
1 cup (250 mL) Sliced red onion
1 Red sweet bell pepper, seeded and sliced
4 tbsp (60 mL) Cilantro Chili Lemon Grilling Sauce
