Corn on the Cob with Garlic-Herb Butter
Makes Serves up to 3/4 cup (175 mL)

Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients, using the back of a spoon to combine. Scoop mixture into centre of a large piece of plastic wrap, fold edges over, roll into a log and seal tightly. Refrigerate until firm, 2 to 3 hours. Warm to room temperature before serving.

- 1 stick (1/2 cup/125 mL) Compliments Churned Unsalted Butter Sticks, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped fresh Compliments Chives
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped fresh Compliments Thyme
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Sensations by Compliments Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
