Creamy Broccoli Bacon Bake

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Add broccoli and carrots to saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 minutes. or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
  3. Place cooked vegetables in large bowl. Add reserved water, Cooking Creme and onions; stir until vegetables are evenly coated with sauce.
  4. Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese and bacon bits. Cover.
  5. Bake 25 minus or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 minutes.

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 tub (270 g) Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cooking Creme
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
