Crunchy Chocoloate & Berry Yogourt Cups

Directions
- Dissolve cocoa by whisking into water 2 tbsp (30 mL). Fold cocoa mixture into vanilla yogourt.
- Divide half the granola, half the yogourt and half the berries among 4 parfait or tumbler-style glasses. Repeat the three layers using up remaining granola, yogourt and berries. Add mint leaves, if using.

- 1/2 cup (500 mL) mixed fresh berries such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
