Fresh Fruit and Ice Cream Pie

Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Press cookie dough over bottom and sides of greased 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
- Spread with ice cream. Freeze until serving time.
- Top with fruit. Cut into wedges to serve (if necessary, let stand at room temperature a few minutes for ease in cutting).
Tip:
For a more decorative presentation, drizzle chocolate or butterscotch syrup over top of cake before serving.

- 2 cups (500 mL) strawberry, vanilla ice cream OR frozen yogurt
