Granola and Yogurt Parfait

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease or line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Granola:

  1. Combine oats, almonds, bran, coconut, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Add oil and honey and combine thoroughly.
  2. Spread granola on prepared baking sheets.

Yogurt:

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until serving.

Assembly:

  1. Layer the yogurt and granola in a glass or bowl. Store extra granola in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

  • 4 cups (1 L) Robin Hood® Oats
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sliced almonds
  • 1 cup (250 mL) natural bran
  • 1 cup (250 mL) flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Crisco® Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) honey
  • 1 cup (250 mL) natural raisins
  Orange Yogurt  
  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Smuckers® Pure Orange Marmalade
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg
