Granola and Yogurt Parfait

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Grease or line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Granola:
- Combine oats, almonds, bran, coconut, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Add oil and honey and combine thoroughly.
- Spread granola on prepared baking sheets.
Yogurt:
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
Assembly:
- Layer the yogurt and granola in a glass or bowl. Store extra granola in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Crisco® Canola or Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) honey

- 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
- 1 cup (250 mL) Smuckers® Pure Orange Marmalade
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cinnamon
- pinch nutmeg
