Grilled Nectarines with Balsamic & Feta
Makes 4


Heat barbecue to high. Grill nectarines for 1 to 2 min., or until grill marks appear. Remove from grill and thinly slice. Arrange fruit on a serving dish. Dress with oil, balsamic vinegar and cheese.

  • 4 nectarines, pitted and cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp 15 (mL) olive oil
  • 4 tsp 20 (mL) balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup 60 (60 mL) crumbled feta cheese
