Guacamole with cilantro

Directions
- Boil beans and peas in salt water, then chop to make a rough paste. Mash avocado with a fork.
- Combine mashed peas, beans and avocado with spring onion, jalapeño, 3⁄4 lime juice and 3⁄4 olive oil.
- Toss cilantro with remaining lime juice and olive oil, and use it to garnish the guacamole.
- Serve with crunchy tortilla chips!

- 150 g (3⁄4 Cup) Fava beans
- 150 g (3⁄4 Cup) Green peas
- 2 Avocados
