Half-Time Hot Wings

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Lightly grease a foil-lined baking sheet. Season chicken with steak spice and thyme. Toss with flour, shaking off excess. Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake, turning occasionally, 50 min. to 1 hr., or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce with wing sauce in large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with vegetable sticks, if desired.
  • 12 chicken wings or drummettes
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) steak spice
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) Sensations by Compliments No Limits Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Compliments Oh Mama! Buffalo Wing Sauce, or to taste
  • 4 tsp (20 mL) chopped fresh chives
