Jalapeno Chili Nachos
Makes 6


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Layer half the chips, chili, cheeses and jalapeno onto the baking sheet. Add a second layer with the remaining chips, chili, and jalapeno, finishing with cheese on top.
  2. Bake 10 min. or until cheese is bubbling and golden. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side if desired.
  • 1 bag (300 g) reduced-sodium tortilla chips 
  • 1 container (625 mL) Sensations by Compliments Stompin’ Steakhouse Chili with Beans
  • 1 cup grated (250 mL) Cheddar cheese 
  • 1 cup grated (250 mL) Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • salsa and sour cream to serve (optional)
