Mediterranean Chicken Pizza

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450ºF.
  2. Heat 3 Tbsp. dressing in medium skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and garlic; cover. Cook on low heat 10 min. or until peppers are tender, stirring occasionally. Spread onto pizza crust; top with chicken, onions, tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. Bake 12 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
  4. Toss salad greens with remaining dressing; spoon over pizza. Serve immediately.

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing , divided
  • 1 red pepper , chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1 small tomato , chopped
  • 1 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 3 cups torn mixed salad greens
