Directions
- Beat pudding mix, milk and extract in saucepan with whisk 2 min.
- Bring just to simmer on medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Pour into mugs. Top with marshmallows.
Tip:
For added colour and flavour, tint marshmallows green before using as directed. To tint the marshmallows, place marshmallows in resealable plastic bag. Add 1 drop green food colouring and a dash of mint extract; seal bag. Shake bag gently until marshmallows are evenly tinted.
