Peanut Butter Apple Roll-ups

Directions

Step 1: Assemble tortilla with peanut butter, apple, celery and blueberries, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border from the edge. Roll up, cut and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

 

Ingredients:
 
  • 1 small wheat flour tortilla
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) smooth peanut butter 
  • 1/4 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 celery stalk (4-in./10-cm), thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) dried blueberries 
  • pinch toasted sesame seeds
