Sesame Chicken and Noodle Stir-Fry

Directions

  1. Brush chicken with ½ cup (125 mL) of the cooking sauce and bake according to package directions. Slice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and reserve.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the carrot and mushrooms for 4 minutes. Add the snow peas, bok choy and noodles; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in remaining sauce and 1/4 cup (60 mL) water. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve noodles topped with reserved chicken.

  • 4 Seasoned Chicken Breasts
  • 1 1/4 (300 mL) Sesame Garlic Cooking Sauce, divided
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Canola oil
  • 2 Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces (250 mL) Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces (125 mL) Snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 Small bok choy, thinly sliced
  • 6 ounces (175 mL) Stir-fry noodles or linguini, cooked and cooled
