Teriyaki Salmon Salad

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, whisk teriyaki sauce with lime juice and brown sugar.
  2. Drizzle in sesame oil while continuing to whisk.
  3. Combine greens with coriander leaves in salad bowl.
  4. Separate salmon into chunks, using a fork. Add to greens.
  5. Drizzle dressing over greens and toss to combine.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted sesame oil
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) mesclun salad greens
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) coriander leaves
  • 1 can (150 g or 213g) CLOVER LEAF Skinless Boneless Sockeye Salmon, drained
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) toasted sesame seeds
