Ultimate Burger

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except buns in a large bowl and mix gently until just combined. Without compacting the meat too tightly, form 12 patties.
  2. Preheat grill to high. Cook burgers about 6 min. per side or until an instant-read thermometer reaches 160°F (71°C) when inserted into centre of burger. Allow to rest 5 min.
  3. Mix ranch dressing with chopped fresh dill. Dress burger with 1 tbsp of sauce, sliced fresh avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice and a tuft of alfalfa sprouts.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs (1 kg) lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 lbs (750 g) medium ground beef
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Roasted Garlic Seasoning Paste
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Water
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
  • 12 Kaiser rolls, sliced in half
  • Sliced avocado
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • tuft of alfalfa sprouts
Ranch Topping:
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh dill
